So, before you try anything else, check if the OS is on the latest build and the GPU driver is updated.
Delete the dinput8.dll File
Dinput8.dll file is responsible for the Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak REFramework crash. Delating this file from the game folder seems to fix the crash for some users as reported by them in the Reddit Subreddit for the game. You can find this file in the game folder. Once you have deleted the file, try launching the game and if there is an issue, verify the integrity of game files and with some luck your crash will be resolved. If you don’t know, here is how to verify integrity of game files.

Perform a Clean Boot

- Press Windows Key + R and type msconfig, hit Enter
- Go to the Services tab
- Check Hide all Microsoft services (Important Step)
- Now, click Disable all
- Go to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager
- Disable one task at a time and restart the system.
Once the PC boots up, try playing the game and check if the issue has been resolved.

One of the main problems with the game right now is its conflict with mods installed on the PC. If you have installed mods, uninstall them and you should get past the loading screen. You will have to uninstall all mods for this to work.
You can also delete all the .pak files from the game folder and see if that makes a difference. Do not delete the large 30 GB .pak file.
Turn nahimicsvc43.exe Service Off
Check the DxDiag.txt file in the crash report and if you find the mention of the above file you may be in luck disabling the nahimicsvc43.exe from the Windows services can fix the crashing for users who get the crash report at launch. To perform the fix, go through the below steps:
- Press Windows Key + R and type services.msc
- Locate the name nahimicsvc43.exe
Right-click on it and choose Stop.
Delete the Game Folder and Reinstall the Game
If none of the above solutions have been of help we suggest that you remove the game folder completely. Before you go ahead and delete the game folder, backup the screenshot folder. Once you have removed the game, perform a clean install and with some luck, the game should work.
