Diablo Immortal came out a day early for mobile devices, so naturally, I could not wait for it to come on PC and downloaded the game. I played the game quite a bit and progressed my character to level 29. But, I obviously want to play the game on PC due to the better graphics, large screen, and more control. However, when I booted the game via the Battle.Net launcher, I had to start all over again. If you are facing a similar issue, there is a simple fix that you may have overlooked like me. So, keep reading to fix the missing character in Diablo Immortal when switching from mobile to PC or vice versa.
Diablo Immortal – Missing Character When Switching from Mobile to PC Fix
There is no way to transfer the progress in Diablo Immortal from one server to the other. So, when you boot up the game on the mobile device, you are assigned a server. And when you boot the game on PC, you are again assigned a different server by default. But, you also have the option to choose the server you want to play on among the list. The fix for the character missing in Diablo Immortal is to select the server where you chose to play the game via the mobile.
Play the game on the same server regardless of the device you choose to play and the missing character issue will be resolved.

For example, when I played the game on mobile, I was assigned the default server Hadriel and I stuck to it. You can also change the server to your liking if you want. Then, when I opened the game on PC, I was again assigned a different server Xul. To fix the character missing issue, all I needed to do was choose the Hadriel server from the start screen of the game.
When choosing your server be careful as the progress you make on the server cannot be transferred and you will likely be stuck with the same server for the entirety of the game unless you don’t mind losing progress.
