Put simply, the error code 8192 means that the game client is unable to connect to the player’s online profile on the server. Since the profile is inaccessible, the game cannot launch. Activation has acknowledged the error and assured they are working on a fix, so the most likely cause of this error is a programing mistake or something on the server end. While that’s a relief, it also means there is little you can do to help the situation.
This error typically shows up after a recent update to the game. Nothing to worry about though, although you cannot fetch your profile, the profile and its associated game data is safe on the server and once the issue is resolved you will be able to access the game with all your progress and level.
