Aug 12 was a big day for gamers with multiples new DLCs and content updates including the Battle Pass Season 4 in Brawlhalla. With the new battle pass, you get 85 tiers of content, missions that span 12 weeks, new maps, and rewards with the free track, and much more. Soon after the release of the battle pass, users on Xbox devices could not see the Battle Pass. Ubisoft recommends that you try again later as they are working on fixing the issue. However, some players on Xbox are reporting they are unable to purchase Brawlhalla Season 4 Battle Pass.
If you are facing issues getting the latest Battle Pass on your Xbox device or PlayStation devices, here is what you need to know and do.
How to Fix Brawlhalla Can’t Purchase Season 4 Battle Pass
As this is an issue with the game and not your system, there is nothing you can do about it. Ubisoft is working on resolving the problem. Besides the users on Xbox, PlayStation users are also having trouble purchasing the battle pass and get βAn Error Has Occurred. Connection to Game Server Failed.β Here is what Ubisoft said.
While the fix has to come from the devs, if you are still facing Brawlhalla Can’t Purchase Season 4 Battle Pass after the issue has been resolved, there are some things you can do.
Hard resetting the device should allow you to clear the buggy cache and make the purchase. To hard reset, you need to power down the console, unplug the power cord, hold the power button for 10 seconds, and start normally. Once you do this, you should be able to purchase the Battle Pass for Season 4.
At the time of writing and for the future, the only solution can come from Ubisoft. In the past, it has not taken more than a day from the devs to fix the purchase issue with the Battle Pass. So, in a day or two, you should have the problem resolved.
