Warzone 2 DMZ Season 4 has a new hidden objective called the Assault on Vondel mission. For this, you need to locate detonators across the Vondel map. But these detonators are not marked on the map, rather you have to visit the various POIs and explore the place thoroughly to spot them. One of the places you can explore to find the detonator is at the Castle. In this guide, we will see how to locate the castle detonator in Warzone 2 DMZ Assault on Vondel.

Make your way to the Vondel Castle on the northwest corner of the map. Once you are here, you should head inside and visit the room in the northern section of the castle. The castle will be filled with enemy AI, so it is best to clear the castle before you try to find the detonator. Take the stairs and get into the castle interiors, then explore the northern room on the ground floor. If the detonator is not there, then head upstairs and again explore the northern room.
If the detonator doesn’t spawn here, then make your way to the roof on the northern section of the castle. There is a grapple that can take you up, and it can be found along the castle’s exterior wall. Once you reach the roof, you will find some ladders that you can take to the tower in the northwest section. Get inside the tower and look around to spot a detonator.
If this isn’t the right place, then make your way down to the basement tunnels and explore them to find the detonator. There are multiple spawn points for the detonator, so you have to sweep the entire castle area to find it. Once you do spot it, you can complete the castle detonator objective in Warzone 2 DMZ Assault on Vondel.
