Dinkum is Steam’s newest agricultural and crafts game. Players may team up with their pals to explore a universe modelled on the Australian outback in this down-under adventure. While the game is a nice adventure, establishing your village in the wilderness might be difficult if you are unprepared.
This lesson will show you how to capture animals for your Dinkum outback zoo.

Trapping Animals in Dinkum
Before you can begin trapping animals in Dinkum, you must first get a trapping license. You can do so by speaking with Fletch and obtaining the 500 permission point license. This will allow you to make a simple animal trap and an animal collecting station, which are necessary for animal gathering.
First, create your animal collection spot. You’ll need this to sell your trapped animals and get Dinks. Once your collecting location is established, you can create as many traps as you need to capture the animals.
Set your traps near creatures like the friendly Wallabies who roam the island. You must wait for the animals to fall into the trap, which should not take long if the trap is close. You may pick them up and bring them to the animal gathering site to sell the animal for Dinks once they’ve been captured.
With a level 2 trapping license, you can build stronger traps that catch harder creatures. Until then, concentrate on catching and selling Wallabies to improve your trapping skills using basic traps.
That’s all there is to it when it comes to capturing animals in Dinkum. More game updates are available in our Dinkum Guide.
