The Helliquary is a device that you can use to detect powerful bosses. Using the Helliquary can start an 8-membered PvE raid on any chosen boss. The device will also give you permanent ORDR every time you upgrade it. Once the particular enemy is defeated, you will receive Demonic Remains, which will be stored in the Helliquary. You can use these Remains at a later time to get certain bonuses.
You can unlock the Helliquary after completing the main story quest in Bilefen. Once you have completed that, talk to Deckard Cain and his companions, Charsi and Rayoc, to start a side quest that will help unlock the Helliquary. You can also upgrade this device using Hellfire Scoria, and you can craft these by scavenging for Scoria and handing it over to Charsi. You will have to pay 100 gold to craft it into the Hellfire Scoria. Upon attaining the right amount of Hellfire Scoria, you can upgrade your Helliquary. You will get the first boss raid once the Helliquary is upgraded till level 10.
There are just a handful of bosses currently available for battle in the Helliquary. You will get to defeat Chaos Herald Pyl as your starter enemy when you first unlock the Helliquary. Later on, you can defeat Lassal, the Flame Spun, at level 10, and Vitaath, the Shivering Death, at level 30.
