Blizzard Entertainment’s Diablo Immortal is the upcoming installment in the Diablo series and will be released on 2nd June 2022. The action of the game took place 5 years after Diablo II. Here players will be taken to the town of Wortham, which is attacked by the Undeads.
Like every installment, Diablo Immortal also has a lot of new things to explore and collect. Legendary Gems are one of those items that players need to get during their journey and upgrade to increase their effects.
This guide will help you know how to upgrade Legendary Gems in Diablo Immortal.
Legendary Gems in Diablo Immortal – How Can I Upgrade?
Before you upgrade the Legendary Gems, it is important to acquire one. Because Legendary Gems are rare drops, players can’t get them scattered here and there randomly. The chance of getting Legendary Gems is very low in the game. Therefore, you have to apply modifiers to the Elder Rift with Crests and Legendary Crests to increase the chance of getting Legendary Gems in Diablo Immortal.
Alternatively, you can craft them using Runes. You’ll get Runes from the Elder Rift; then, you can either trade them or use them to craft Legendary Gems at The Apprentice Jeweler.
Now, if you have Legendary Gems and you need to upgrade them to give a boost to their abilities, go to any camp. You’ll find the Apprentice Jeweler at every camp. Follow the below steps to upgrade your Legendary Gems in the game–
- Once you find the Apprentice Jeweler, select ‘Services.’
- Now you’ll get another screen named ‘Manage.’
- Select the Gem you want to upgrade, and click on ‘Upgrade.’
- Once you click, you’ll see the required items you need to upgrade the gem
- Though it differs from Gem to Gem and based on their ranks, you can use Gem Fragment to upgrade Legendary Gem. Additionally, other Legendary Gems will also work.
That’s how you can upgrade Legendary Gems in Diablo Immortal. If you are curious about upgrading your Legendary Gems and don’t find the way to upgrade them, check out our guide for help.
