The Cycle of Strife has formed three factions that players can select, and they are the Adventurers, the Shadows, and the Immortals. If you wish to join the Shadow faction and become part of the Dark Clan, there are a few things you will have to do first. You will have to take part in the Shadow Lottery and get selected by the Mysterious Patron. You can try your luck by heading to the Tavern in Westmarch to take part. Once you are selected, you will be taken to the back room, where you will have to compete and end up victorious against three Ancient Champions. You will now be eligible to join a Dark Clan.
To join a clan, you will need to receive Akeba’s Signet from a Shadow player of an existing Dark Clan, or you can create your own clan by inviting members. To invite other players into your Dark Clan, you will need to get the Akeba’s Signet, which you will receive after completing the Shadow Lottery and winning a second time.
