To locate the Confutatis Score, you have to unlock the gateway leading to Domus Aurea. You will unlock this path while completing the quest Gradus ad Capitolium under the Canticles of Harmony questline. After reaching Domus Aurea, head under the gateway towards Capitolium: Old Palace, where you can unlock the Clivus Capitolinus teleportation point. Up ahead is a Cineas enemy that you can defeat, or try to go around the arena if you don’t wish to fight it. Just behind the arena is a device that you can interact with to get the Confutatis Score.
Once you pick up the score, you can add it to the Ancient Autoharmonic music box scores. You have to locate all the other scores so you can complete the collectible set.
