The arrival of a Trophy System will have fans jumping for joy.
After the Trophy System was introduced, it has always been a popular choice for players in the past Call of Duty games as it is a very versatile piece of equipment, as it can detect and deflect many tactical and lethal equipments, for example frag grenades, sticky bombs, and stun grenades while they are still in the air. Which is very useful. Previously, it has been used to intercept only upto two pieces of equipment, but this time with Vanguard’s Trophy System you can intercept upto three pieces of equipment. Which is an added advantage.
Call of Duty: Vanguard players have always been kind of unhappy with the fact that a Trophy System was missing from the game but the recent Season 3 update has finally brought the Trophy System to the game. You will be able to access it now as Season 3 has begun on April 27, here’s how to unlock the Trophy System in Vanguard.
How to Unlock Trophy System in Vanguard Season 3
The Vanguard Season 3 will add Vanguard’s Trophy System as a Field Upgrade in multiplayer mode but if you want to unlock the option to equip it, you must first complete an unlock challenge in the game.
Vanguard’s unlock challenges required you to complete the matches to get credit for your challenge progression. You couldn’t just hide for a bit and quit the match.
But now, Vanguard players don’t have to do anything to unlock the new Field Upgrade, as all players will be granted the Trophy System after logging in to Season 3 — “no challenge completion required!”
The earlier Vanguard update brought the Trophy System to the game for season 3, but it was locked behind a survival challenge. The players weren’t happy with this event hence the new update is a blessing you can say.
Thankfully, Sledgehammer Games finally announced that there won’t be a challenge after all, and players will have immediate access to the Trophy System when the Season 3 update goes live in the game.
The Trophy System Field Upgrade can destroy up to three nearby pieces of equipment and projectiles, and it has a fast recharge to boot it up for the next round. If you have played Vanguard, you may have noticed how common grenade attacks are. And this will help you a lot during your matches.
Vanguard has some very powerful grenades which have both lethal and tactical variations and this itself makes the Trophy System a very important addition to the game. The Trophy System can also be used in Ranked Play, which will surely make defending Hardpoint hills much easier in comparison.
Overall, the Trophy System is a powerful device that is much-needed in Vanguard, as small maps and objective-based modes are often plagued with spam from grenades and stun.
