To find the Club of Hill Giant Strength, you need to make your way to the top floor of the Arcane Tower in the Underdark (X: -35, Y: -270). You need to make your way to the very top of the tower. At the entrance of the Arcane Tower, you will find two arcane turrets. Defeat the turrets, then make your way northwest. You will find some mushroom platforms that you can climb on and get to the courtyard. Scavenge the courtyard to find Sussur Blossoms, then collect them and make your way to the basement. There is a generator here that requires the flowers to power up. Eventually, this will start the elevator and make your way to the highest floor. Defeat the enemy lurking here then make your way northeast. You will find a Stool of the Hill Giant Strength. You can either attack the stool or sit on it and it will break, revealing the Club of Hill Giant Strength.
