While exploring the main area in Moonrise Towers, you will find a lab just behind the kitchen. Over here, you will encounter Araj’Oblodra, and you can talk to her to learn more about her activities. In the process, she will offer to create a potion from your blood. If you find it icky, you can straight out refuse to give her any of your blood and continue with your journey. If you do change your mind, you can tell her that you are interested in the potion she is creating and are ready to give her some of your blood. Her only condition is that she will keep the rest of your blood for further use after creating the potion.
The potion you will receive will be dedicated to your race. Depending on what character race you pick, you will get a potion that will just give a boost to certain attributes. The effects will wear out when you take a long rest, so this potion can be consumed once. If you are having trouble with a particular enemy, then having the potion might help you.
