Hogwarts Legacy is a few months away from release, and as the anticipation of the game grows, so has the mystery surrounding it. Luckily the gameplay showcase that was put up online answered various questions about what the gameplay would look like. Like most games, you can choose the difficulty level to suit your playstyle. In this guide, we will see all difficulty levels in Hogwarts Legacy and what they do.
All Difficulty Levels in Hogwarts Legacy Explained
Hogwarts Legacy has four difficulty levels to suit the gameplay of all different players. Here we will see all the difficulty levels and what they do in Hogwarts Legacy.
Hogwarts Legacy has four difficulty levels, Story, Easy, Normal, and Hard. Story mode is made for players who are not into the combat and quest-solving aspect of the game, and would rather watch the story unfold without much activity on their part. Easy, Normal, and Hard modes are self-explanatory, and depending on how you like to play the game, you can select any of these. The difficulty will affect combat and quests, and the higher the difficulty the tougher the game.
How to Change Difficulty in Hogwarts Legacy
To select the game’s difficulty, you have to choose the mode before you can start playing the game. During the character selection option, you can choose the game mode you want to play in at the end of the selected tab. It is unknown if you can change the gameplay mode while in the game, but for now, this is the only known way to do so. To change the difficulty in Hogwarts Legacy > go to the character creation > move to the final section ‘Finalise Your Character‘ > you will see the option ‘Select Your Difficulty.’
