You will get a quest to investigate the House of Grief during Act 3, but finding this area is quite tricky. To find the House of Grief, head over to the Lost City in Baldur’s Gate and visit these coordinates X: -264 Y: -11. Make your way to the Overgrown Ruins in the northwest section of the City to find Elerrathin’s inn. Cross the bridge, head left and take the stairs up. You will find a wooden sign outside a house with the words House of Grief on it.

The House of Grief is a dangerous place to be if you are not prepared. You can get the quest to investigate it from Arves the merchant. You also need to visit this location to help Shadowheart find a piece of her soul trapped inside and complete the Daughter of Darkness quest. This dungeon will test your skills, as it is filled with enemies and traps inside. So before you enter, be weary of what to expect.
