In order to open the Sinister doors, players need to collect 2 items: The Szarr family Ring and the Kozakuran Dictionary. Both of the items are locked behind a puzzle and players need to solve them.

Szarr Family Ring

Players need to go to the lower floor where they will find a puzzle. Here is the solution to the puzzle:

Players first need to get close to the wall on the right side
Then they will pass an Arcana check to unveil a secret room.
Players then will enter the secret room and speak with Goudy
Goudy is a skeleton who knows the location but players need to pass a trial
Players have 2 choices: pass the trial with intimidation or with deception dice roll or even fight him to death
After defeating him (in anyways) will receive the Szarr Family Ring.

The Kozakuran Dictionary

Players also need to go to the lower floor but in a different direction (to the room). Players then need to search for the item:

Players first need to enter the room next to the stairs
There, players will find Victoria’s corpse.
Players need to jump over the corpse using Misty Step or Dimension Door to get to the uncursed area at the back.
Then players need to search the Mahogany Wardrobe
There, players will finally find the Kozakuran Dictionary.

After collecting both items: The Szarr family Ring and the Kozakuran Dictionary. Players simply need to go back to the Sinister Doors and open them to enter the secret room.
