After that, make your way east towards Kengyo to visit the construction site. Now, you need to build the workshop for special constructions. Equip your hammer, then select the special construction workshop. You need to place the workshop close to the construction site. If you get an error that you are too far away, then you need to get closer. Clear any rubble on the floor near the construction site, then place the workshop.
