To build a tanning vat, go to the furniture menu and select the additional furniture for production buildings option. Under this, you will find the tailor shop’s furniture option. If you select it, you will get all the equipment and workbenches that can be placed inside. Over here, you can select the tanning vat and place it inside the tailor’s shop.
