If you haven’t caught a Cinderace yet, you can still get a second attempt when phase 2 of the 7-star raid comes out. Since Cinderace is an event tied Pokémon, there is no other way to get it, as Trainers could get one Cinderace per account. You can instead get a Scorbunny, Cinderace’s first form, via the Surprise Trade option. That way you can quickly evolve Scorebunny to Raboot and Cinderace and add them to your Pokedex.
If you have a Cinderace already, you can breed it with another Cinderace. You can do that via the Poke Portal, where you can find other Trainers who would like to breed with your Cinderace. The resulting egg will give you a Scorbunny, and you can evolve it into Raboot after leveling up Scorbunny to level 16.
Another easier way to get the Scorbunny egg is by breeding Cinderace with a Ditto. This will require no other Trainer’s Cinderace, and you can breed Cinderace and Ditto through the Picnic function. This will also give you a Scorbunny, and you can evolve it to get Raboot. Having a level 2 Egg Power Sandwich can further increase the speed of when you receive the eggs.
