In Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, there is no shortage of monsters and enemies. Some are newly added; some have made their way to this expansion from the previous games. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Furious Rajang Guide- How to Defeat?
Furious Rajang is not a new introduction in the Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. Rajang was included previously in several other games of Monster Hunter Rise, and Furious Rajang is a deadly Variant of Rajang. While progressing through this expansion, players will locate Furious Rajang only after beating the final boss Gaismagorm. Therefore, you can easily guess it will be one of the most challenging opponents you’ll encounter. For now, it’ll be located in The Jungle, Shrine Ruins, Flooded Forest, Sandy plains, and Lava Caverns.
If you have seen Rajang in the previous games, you are aware of its temperament, but Furious Rajang is always angry and aggressive towards the players. It has some deadly attacks like Lightning Fist Slam, where Furious Rajang slams its fist on the ground to send a shockwave that damages the players; Furious Grab and Slam, where he grabs the players, hits them on the ground, and throws them away; and Electro Orbs Explosion, where Furious Rajang jumps up the air and throws projectiles towards the ground. Upon hitting the ground, these projectiles blasts, and if players are caught within their damage range, they will get massive damage. Besides these, there are several other moves that Furious Rajang uses to attack the players; some of them are the ones that Rajang used.
Furious Rajang is specifically weak to Ice and Water. Therefore, use weapons that can inflict Ice and Water damage. Also, this beast is resistant to Fire, Thunder, and Dragon. The Head is the best part to hit this creature as it takes massive damage if you hit its head. But don’t stay too close to Furious Rajang, especially on the front side, because it attacks at the front side. You can go to the backside and hit its head with your weapon continuously to speed up the defeating process. Because Rajang deals Thunder damage, which inflicts Thunderblight status effect, make sure to avoid its attacks and use armor to protect yourself.
That’s all you need to know about beating Furious Rajang in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.
