What causes problems in the fight is the other insects, especially the chargers and the flying type that can approach you very quickly.
During the entire fight, there will be multiple chargers that will spawn and keep chasing you. Chargers are very difficult to kill as they do not take any damage head-on. The only way to damage them is from the back. The best strategy to deal with the chargers is to stay away from them and not initiate a charge. When you first encounter that Bile Titan and it’s unaware of your presence, try to deal as much damage as possible with the Orbital Precision Strike Stratagem, followed by rocket launchers, and lasers. Once the Bile Titan is close, attack the lower part of the body, where there is no armor and it’s vulnerable. Keep attacking that area and the Bile Titan will be down in no time.

For early gameplay, it is best to use launchers like the Expendable Anti-Tank, Recoilless Rifle, or Grenade Launcher to break armor. After that, use heavy LMG weapons like the Anti-Material Rifle Sniper or the Stalwart to shoot the exposed skin. But, as always, it is best to take a friend with you to help with reloading weapons while in a pinch
Best Late Game Weapons to Beat Bile Titan
If you are at a higher level, then the Autocannon or the Spear works fine as well. While the Autocannon might be a bit complicated to handle, it can shell out better damage than the launchers. While aiming, aim for the underbelly or the mouth/head of the Bile Titan to deal maximum damage.

If you have a friend with you, then use the reinforce beacon on the Bile Titan so that they can respawn on top of it and hit it
Bile Titan Weakness and Weak Spots
For now, it is best to aim for the head/mouth, tentacles, and underbelly to deal enough damage. But for early gameplay, you should try and break the armor first before dishing out damage.
