After getting the Paraglider from Purah, she will point you to Rito Village to pick up the next part of your adventure, the Regional Phenomena. While heading west of Lookout Landing, you will come across Carok Bridge. Here you will find a member of the Sheikah tribe called Caro, who will tell you about Impa and the appearance of the strange Geoglyphs. After that, talk to Impa and you can start the quest. To complete it, just follow the steps below.
- Pick up the balloon fallen on the ground and rotate it to make it face upright
- Attach the balloon to the carrier using the Ultrahand ability
- After that, pick up the torch near the firepit and light it in the fire
- Bring the torch to the carrier and hold it up under the balloon
- The carrier will take flight
- Look down from the vantage point and focus on the right eye of the Zonai
- You will notice that the particular eye is filled in
- You need to dive down to that point and examine the Dragon’s Tear
- Return to Impa to complete the quest
