The Special Forces Dead Drop Key can be used on Downtown Tower Hill in G2. This area has a lot of buildings, so finding the exact location can be quite difficult. So head towards Al Mazrah city and go to the middle of the highway exit ramp. The exact location is marked on the map below. 

Downtown Tower Hill can be reached by spiraling up the rocks and reaching the top. At the foot of the tower on the north side, you will see a toolbox. After unlocking the toolbox you will get the following rewards:
