The newest life sim and adventure game called Disney Dreamland Valley has been available for a few days on Steam Early Access. Developed and published by Gameloft, the game features lots of fun quests and activities that the player can participate in to progress in the game. Characters of Disney will be familiar to you, and they will give you quests. Some of these quests are quite long and might be a little difficult in parts, and will require you to find things. In this guide, we will take you through the process of how to find an emerald in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Find an Emerald in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are a lot of things that you can collect in the game, and one of them are precious stones. These are normally mined from the rocky veins that jut out in the walls outside. All you need is your trusty Pickaxe, which is one of the Royal Tools you get at the initial stages of the game. With the help of the pickaxe, you will be able to destroy rocks and veins and mine materials. Emeralds might be a little more difficult to find, so let’s see where to get them.

If you’re wondering what you need Emeralds for, you will definitely need one in a quest. It’s better to be prepared for it when the time comes rather than scramble around looking for it last-minute. If you have the Emerald in your inventory, you will be able to speed through the quest.
In order to find Emerald, you will need to visit some specific locations. This is where they spawn, and it’s very unlikely that you’ll get to mine them anywhere else. Of course, sometimes you might get them as a random rare drop. However, these are the two locations where Emeralds will spawn in the wall to mine:
- The Forest of Valor
- Glade of Trust
Once you find the dark colored rocks with green gems sticking out of them, you will be able to mine them. These have a higher chance of dropping Emerald, but sometimes you can get Emeralds from regular rocks as well.
