You have to defeat Dondozo before you can fight the final Titan, a huge Tatsugiri. But to provoke Dondozo to appear, you have to find the right location. Here we will see where to find Dondozo the False Dragon Titan in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

To find Dondozo, you have to head over to Casseroya Lake and swim across to reach an island. You can teach Koraidon or Miraidon how to swim after defeating the first three Titans. You can find the lake North of Medali, just follow the road till you come across the large water body.
Once you come across Casseroya Lake, swim across to the island on the furthest right side. You will know you are in the right one when you can spot plenty of Tatsugiri on the island. If you interact with them, they will each shout different words. You have to find the one that will shout Titan. This Tatsugiri is located close to the shoreline on the far left side of the island.
After that, False Dragon Dondozo will appear, and you have to fight it to get to the final boss. Dondozo is a plain water-type Pokémon, so any Grass or Electric Pokémon can help you take it down.
