If you are looking for the Psychic Gym, you will find it in Alfornada. The easy way to get there is to have climbing unlocked, as you can just fly over there on Koraidon or Miraidon. However, there is another way to get there.

There is a cliff edge here that you need to approach, where you will be able to see a path along the water when you look down. Carefully drop down there and follow it south. You will come across a cave where you need to take the first right and then another right.
An NPC will be waiting for you, but you need to walk past them and enter the smaller cave nearby. When you enter it, you will be in Alfornada city, and can reach the Gym.
