This will unlock Tatarasuna for you, which has a Luxurious Chest behind a locked gate. You will need to find three keys to open it and take your rewards from the chest. Before you enter the room with the three keys, you will need to prepare for a massive battle with three Automatons’ enemies. Defeat them in order to claim the Katsuragikiri Nagamasa blueprint inside the Luxurious Chest.
Polearm – Kitain Cross Spear
You will need to finish the World Quest called Orobashi’s Legacy which you can obtain from Kaji, an NPC who resides east of Fort Fujitou. Catalyst – Hakushin Ring
The World Quest that you need to complete is called Yougou Cleansing which is a part of the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual where you need to cleanse five shrines around Narukami Island and clear all the bosses which is a very long process. Once you have completed all the five areas, you can collect the Quest Item called Mask of Memories and use it in order to get the blueprint for the Hakushin Ring.
Bow – Hamayumi
This is the only blueprint which is based on luck. You will need to visit Takashi in Tatarasuna and open one of the three chests offered by exchanging Mysterious Conches. There is no assured way to get the Hamayumi blueprint, but if luck favours you, you will receive it in one of these chests.
