There are a few tips you can try till there is an official fix for it. Let’s take a look at all the ways you can fix the Profile Signed Out error for the PS5.

Delete Game Files

Reddit user u/fncsinan has found a viable fix, where you have to clear out the MW2 storage files. To do this, head over to the PS5 home page and select Settings > Storage > Games and Apps > Saved Data. Under here, find all the MW2/ Warzone 2 files and click on Delete. This will clear out all saved data, so you might have to install Warzone 2 again.

Change Chat Channel Lobby

Another popular fix that most players use is to change the voice chat channel to All Lobby. You can find the setting in your in-game voice chat options.

Clear PS5 Cache

You can try clearing the PS5 cache by holding down the power button on the console for three seconds. The power button will blink for a while before shutting down. Release the power button after the console is shut down, then press and hold it down again. It will give off two beeps, once when you press it, and the second one after a few seconds. After that, connect the PS5 DualSense controller to the console with the given USB cable. Press the PS button on the controller to enter Safe Mode. Scroll down till you find the option Clear Cache and Rebuild Database. Select this option, then follow the on-screen directions to clear the cache.

Check Internet Connectivity

Sometimes an unstable network can also cause issues. You can try to switch to a different network or reset your router. You can also use an Ethernet cable, or switch to a Mobile Hotspot to see if it helps.

Check Server Status

If Warzone 2 servers are down, then you will face issues trying to log in or disconnecting. You can check the official Call of Duty Twitter page or their website to know if the servers are functioning or not.

Reinstall Warzone 2 on PS5

If none of the above solutions work, then you can try to uninstall and reinstall the game. Another basic fix is to restart the console itself. If none of that works, then it is best to contact the support team to know how to fix this issue.
