To get the large gem, herb, and research bags, you need to defeat a particular boss in V Rising. The boss you should be looking for is Terrorclaw the Ogre. You can spot this level 70 boss deep inside the Frozen Cave in Hallowed Mountains. Once it is defeated, you will unlock the crafting recipe for large bags.
Now all that is left is to gather the required materials to craft the item. You will need the following items to craft the large bags.
