Operation Nightmare is finally here in DMZ and if you want to experience the Halloween-themed event and content in DMZ, you need to drop in Al Mazrah. The gameplay is not different from the regular DMZ, except a lot of the AIs are ghosts or zombies. You also have 5 bosses on Al Mazrah and one of them is the UFO. None of the bosses in the game are difficult to beat, but the PvP element is still there and that combined with the boss can be a challenge. Here we will share the best strategy to beat, kill, or defeat the UFO boss in Warzone, DMZ as well the the location of UFO.
UFO Boss Location in Warzone DMZ
To find the UFO boss in Warzone and DMZ, you need to head to the Sawah Village. The spawn location of the boss is always the same. Get to the coastline south of the village and you should be easily spot the boss. As the UFO flies high in the sky, it’s quite easy to spot and you cannot miss it. If you cannot see it in the sky, it means someone got to the boss before you. Don’t worry, the boss will spawn in no time. Here is how to beat the UFO boss easily in Warzone 2 DMZ.
How to Beat the UFO Boss Easily in Warzone 2 DMZ
Once you are at the UFO site, simply shoot the UFO to begin the boss fight. Once the fight starts, the giant orb will split into 3 and start shooting at you. During my attempt, there was also the Scavenger at the beach. We took out the scavenger first and got down to the beach before starting the fight with the UFO. Due to the PvP element, it’s suggested that one of the teammates stay on top to counter any operators that may want to kill you in the process.
Once the orb splits into 3, start shooting the orbs one by one. It’s best that you focus your attention on one orb and destroy it before moving to the next. The orbs attack back and can do decent damage. Keep moving and take cover to swap plates. In no time, you should be able to deal with the 3 Orbs.
Once the orbs are destroyed, the UFO boss will show up and it has two types of attack. A red beam that deals a ton of damage. Run when the beam is focused on you and when it diverts on your teammate, empty as many magazines on the UFO as possible. The second attack of the UFO is a tractor beam that it uses to pull players up. When that happens, shoot at the center of it and the second attack will fail.
Another strategy is to go to the ship under the UFO and there is a spot where you can hide. If you find this spot and hide under the ship’s roof, you can fire from there without the UFO getting a single shot.
Once the UFO is down, a blue artifact will fall to the ground, you need to take this blue orb to the portal marked on the screen. The portal is on top of the ship. Make your way up climbing the deck of containers. And deposit the blue orb into the portal.
Once you do that, a ton of loot will drop including all tier-3 vests, cash, self-revive, etc. Here is the drop from the UFO.
