How to Get Ores in Sunkenland
Before you can start scavenging for ores, you need to own a pickaxe. A pickaxe can be crafted if you have the required materials. You can check the crafting menu to know what items are needed to craft the pickaxe. Now that you have the pickaxe, you can scavenge the islands and underwater for ore mines. Ore can be distinguished by their shimmery outer layer. Use your pickaxe to farm ores and get iron, copper, or sulfur. Later on, you can craft the Ore-Finder to help detect nearby ores, making your work easier. The Ore-Finder runs on battery, so you need to get that to make the machine work.
How to Get Ingots in Sunkenland
Now that you have your ores, you can craft ingots. First, you need a furnace, which you can unlock after researching about it. The furnace is locked behind level 2 research, so make your way to your research desk to unlock it. After that, research the workbench as well to help you craft the furnace. Once you have completed the above steps, visit the research menu and gather the required materials to craft the furnace. Place the furnace in your base to start crafting iron ingots.
