Since this is a random occurrence, you have to visit all the stores to find the refreshed list of items. If you are lucky, you can buy the Zero-G Gimbal for 93 credits.
To use the Zero-G Gimbal, head over to any spacesuit workbench either on your ship or in The Lodge. Once you are here, interact with it to take a look at your suit. You will find the option to modify or upgrade your Boostpack, and you can select that if you have the required Zero-G Gimbal.
