Before you leave Ryujin Tower, make your way to the lobby and visit Aito Suzuki’s store. Over here you can purchase a bunch of suits for some credits. The cheapest ones you can buy are the Corpo Sleek Suit or the Power Suit, but you can go for the Boardroom Suit as well. The former two cost 498 credits each, while the latter cost 641 credits. You can even buy the Megacorp Executive Suit for 712 credits, but for now we will go for a cheap suit. After your purchase, make your way to your inventory and equip the suit under apparels. Also, it is best to enable the hide spacesuit and helmet in settlements option, so you can show off your outfit to the guards.
You can now make your way to Gagarin Landing and confront the UC Security Chief to persuade him. If successful, you can get the Security Keycard from him, or else you would have to attack him and take the keycard by force.
