To get the cross light blueprint in Sons of the Forest Patch 12, you need to visit a cave near the island’s shoreline. The exact location of the cave is marked on the GPS images below.

You will identify this cave as the Rebreather cave, and is one of the locations you would have visited earlier to get the Rebreather. Enter it and follow the path while keeping to your left side. You will soon reach an area where you can find steam coming out of the water and a rubber float.

At the end of this path you will find a crossroad. Stick to your right side and follow down the path. Keep to your right and continue. You might encounter some enemies, so be prepared.

At the end of this passage you will find a corpse on the floor and another crossroad. This time keep to your left and continue leftwards. You will soon find a rope that will take you down. Continue down your left and you will find a low area you should crawl into.

At the end of the passage you will spot several hanging skeletons, and if you investigate the area you will find the Cross Light Blueprint on the floor.
