To collect the Compagnie Cache item, you need to make your way to Dragon’s Back. You can find this outpost if you travel northwest from Saint Anne. If you have picked up the quest High Seas Heist before this, then you would be familiar with the location of the Royal Louis. If you travel a bit away from that location you will encounter the Dragon’s Back outpost. The exact location of this outpost is marked on the map above

Once you reach the island, make your way to the right side and follow along the shoreline. You will soon find an orange beam of light sticking out from the ground. Investigate the area and you will get the option to dig. You now have the Compagnie Cache item with you. Now all that is left is to return the item by heading back to the Shijavu’s Fara settlement in Islands of the Moon and claim your rewards.
