To find the Basswood Safehouse, head over to the following location. Look around for the cellar door outside the house, you will know it is a safehouse if the doors have a white house symbol.
Once you spot the door, look at the floor to find the yellow cable that will lead you to the generator. But before you head over to the generator, you need to get the Basswood Safehouse generator key.
