Red Smoke DMZ Mission Guide Warzone 2  

DMZ Mode missions in Warzone 2 vary in difficulty. Season 3 introduced a new faction called Redacted with its own missions. One of the Tier 5 missions is Red Smoke, where players must retrieve a flare stick from Ashika Island and plant it in the Koschei Complex. This guide will help you complete the Red Smoke mission in Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded DMZ.

Red Smoke Mission Walkthrough Guide

Red Smoke is a Redacted Faction’s Tier 5 mission where players need to complete 2 objectives on 2 different maps:

1. Take the 4 flare sticks from the Ashika town centre dead drop
2. Light 4 flare sticks near the entrances to the chemical plant

For the first objective, players must get the 4 Flare Sticks from the Ashika Town Centre Dead Drop. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Players need to first infil into the Ashika Island map 
2. After that, players need to make their way to the Town Centre 

3. Then go to the location shown below to reach the Dead Drop 
4. After that, players need to collect the 4 Flare Sticks from the Dead Drop 
5. Then, Extract from the map the flare sticks in their Backpacks. 
6. This will complete the first objective.

For the second objective, players must light those 4 Flare Sticks near the entrance to the chemical plant in Koschei Complex. To do this, players can follow these steps: 

1. Players need to put back those 4 Flare Sticks in their backpacks. 
2. Players then must infil into the Al Mazrah Map 
3. After that, make their way inside the Koschei Complex
4. Then, players need to pass through several chambers to reach the chemical plant entrance. 
5. After that, players need to light up those 4 flare Sticks one by one 
6. After lighting the flare sticks, the second objective of the mission will be completed.

This will complete the mission and players will get the rewards of Blackhail Blueprint and +40.000 XP.
