But the issue was not resolved and they realized it and released another tweet, “We have reopened our investigation into the matchmaking issues in #RainbowSixSiege.”

The latest post in the thread was, “UPDATE: Some players are starting to be able to connect to Ranked matches. We will be monitoring this in the coming hours.”
