Tadbulb can be found along the shorelines of rivers and lakes in the above areas. Sometimes you can find them on the grass or clinging to the rocky mountain walls. They are quite small to spot, so you should slow down and look around to find these electric Pokémon. Once you get a Tadbulb, you can evolve it by handing over a Thunder Stone.
