Tadbulb can be found along the shorelines of rivers and lakes in the above areas. Sometimes you can find them on the grass or clinging to the rocky mountain walls. They are quite small to spot, so you should slow down and look around to find these electric Pokémon. Once you get a Tadbulb, you can evolve it by handing over a Thunder Stone. The Tadbulb doesn’t have any level requirement to evolve it, so you can do it as soon as you catch it.

If you wish to not evolve the Tadbulb but want to catch a Bellibolt in the wild, you can head over to Glaseado Mountain in North Province Area One. There is a stream that flows through the area. Follow the stream’s shoreline till you eventually bump into a Bellibolt. You can also check the river below Casserova Lake, and around Zapapico and Tagtree Thicket areas.

Bellibolt is also an electric-type Pokemon, and you can check the areas where you found a Tadbulb to find Bellibolt as well.
