Psyduck can be found near the rivers, lakes, and ponds of Paldea. Since it is a water-type Pokémon, you can find it near various water bodies. They are found across all Provinces, and you have an equal chance of running into them in whichever Province you are in. Once you find them, just toss a Pokeball to capture them.

Once you have a Psyduck, you can evolve it to Golduck by making it reach level 33. There are several ways to level up your Psyduck, including giving it XP candy, making it fight in battles, and walking with it. You have to keep doing this till it reaches level 33, then just watch it evolve.

If that feels like too much of a chore, you can just find yourself a Golduck. Though this way is quite rare, you can check the area around Casseroya Lake or even the shoreline of the river leading up to it. You can also check the streams and lakes in North Province Areas One, Two, and Three to find a Golduck. But getting a Psyduck and feeding it some candies can give you quicker results.
