Capturing Charcadet is a simple process, but evolving it could take some time. To find Charcadet, you can explore all the regions in Paldea. While they are marked all over the map, their spawn is quite rare. You will have some luck in the West Province (Area One), just past South Province (Area Two). You should keep your eyes peeled for the tiny flame in the larger grassier areas just off the road, they are easy to miss and hence hard to find.

There are also chances of you bumping into Charcadet near the ruins in the Adaso Desert.
You have a 1% chance to find them around the Forest, Mountain, Cave, and Rocky biomes, but you can try to avoid the Northern areas where the ice mountains are.

With any luck, if you manage to catch a Charcadet, you still need to evolve it. Charcadet is a Fire Type Pokémon, and depending on the version you will get Fire/Ghost type Ceruledge or Fire/Psychic type Amarouge. To evolve Charcadet, you need to head over to Zapapico (East) and find a person who is willing to trade with you. For Violet, you will have to find a woman, while it is a man for Scarlet. You can usually find them waiting near the water fountain. The woman will tell you that she needs 10 Sinistea Chips, while the man would want 10 Bronzor Fragments. You have to find and defeat Sinistea and Bronzor in the following areas to collect the fragments and chips.

Once you have collected the required items, head back to the person and trade in the Chips or Fragments for Malicious Armor or Auspicious Armor. You can check your backpack for the item under the Other Items section. Just select the respective armor type, select Charcadet, and watch it evolve.
