Blue Keycard Location in Payday 3 Dirty Ice
To find the blue keycard, you need to snatch it from the guards patrolling the exterior of the jewelry store. There are two guards on patrol, and one of them has the keycard. It spawns randomly on the guards for each playthrough, so you have to check both of them and see who has it. One guard patrols the left side of the building, while the other patrols the right side. You can take them down by force, or use stealth. If you are playing on stealth, then you can get caught by them and then snatch the keycard while being escorted out.
Once you have the keycard, make your way to the basement after getting the basement code in Payday 3. There is a security room here you can access using the blue keycard

The red keycard can be quickly located once you are inside the basement’s security room. You can find it on the desk here. Pick it up as you will need it to access the vault towards the end of the heist.
