One of the most sought after features that fans were expecting are mounts, and this makes it easy for players to get around the map. One of the free mounts you can claim in the DLC is the Horse mount. But there are certain requirements to meet before you can get it. The only way you can get mounts is after purchasing the Rise of the Angry Earth DLC. Once you have the DLC and unlocked the new region, you can start your quest to get a horse mount. You need to reach level 25 first, then check your map for a quest called Change in the Wilds. You can find this quest in Greenhaven, Windsward. Once you find the quest, make your way over to Jochi’s shop. The quest is naked by a horseshoe icon and has the words Mount Quest on it.
Once you find the building marked in the quest, head inside and exit through the back. Near the barrels you can find some Mud Stained Notes. After reading the notes, you have to now make your way to Everfall. On the northwestern side of Everfall you will find another horseshoe icon with another Mount Quest, this time titled A Kingdom for a Horse.

Once you reach the place, talk to Jochi Khan near the stables. You can talk to him about the note you found. After the conversation, you can start his quest. To complete the quest, just follow the quest markers to a nearby cave. After completing the commune, pick up the Azoth Infused Oats and find the Wild Horse. It is not too far from the cave you are at. Feed the horse some of the oats you found, then head back to Jochi Khan. You can complete the quest here, and in return you will get Moonshadow, your horse mount.
