You can locate the Monolith of Thirst at coordinates 1823, -4543 in Chalk Peak region. This is a level 35 area, so you have to level up before you get here. To locate the mystical crate, make your way to the entrance of the monolith. You can find the monolith just north to northwest of the teleportation device. Climb up the staircase on the western end of the monolith. Or just jump and glide across to the monolith platform if you are traveling from the teleportation point.
You will find the mystical crate on the platform here. To find the weapon crate, you have to head inside the building just southeast of the monolith. You can find the entrance once you make your way to the ground and explore the edge of the building’s outer wall. The entrance is right on the south side of the building. Enter the building, turn right, and enter the Office Room. This is the first room on your right. Explore the back of the room to get the gear crate and complete both the objectives
