To unlock any weapon attachment feature, you need to unlock the Multiplayer Loadouts. You can unlock this when you reach level 4 in your progression. Now, head over to the Weapons menu and select a loadout. Over here, choose your primary gun and select the Gunsmith option. Now, click on the Optics option, and you will notice a variety of Weapon Sights available.
You will also notice that most of them are locked. To unlock the optics that you wish to equip, head over to the Progression tab on top and scroll through the guns. You can unlock different guns after reaching the required progression level of the base gun. You can check out which gun will supply you with the optics you need, then work towards that.
