Once you encounter the Flint, Claw, or any other tribe in the game, you need to scan all the inhabitants of the tribe to locate the Porter and the Craftsman. Press Q while you are at the tribe’s base to scan your surroundings. You will notice the titles of the tribesmen appear over them. You will spot scouts, guards, and other designations on each tribe member. Look around till you spot the one with the Porter or Craftsman designation. Once you find them, try and deter them. You don’t need to recruit them, but if you want to you can do that as well
There are different types of Porters and Craftsmen levels, so you have to take your chances in trying to deter them. Not all Porters or Craftsmen will unlock Tribe Armor, so you might have to try several times and revisit the tribe. Each Porter or Craftsman unlocks a particular clothing recipe and not the whole set, so you have to retry at a later time with a different Porter or Craftsman if you need the full set. Also, you will require Dye and Cloth, which can be found by unlocking advanced chests and breaking urns within the tribe’s base. Since the chances of getting Tribe Armor is random, you have to repeat this method a couple of times to unlock it
