Before you can share items with your friends, you should note that items that you have purchased from the in-game store, Battle Pass, and items earned through events are the only items you can share with friends. To start, once you are in your territory, open up the build menu and at the bottom of the menu you will see an option called Manage Share. You can browse through all the furniture items and skins that you would like to share. Next, you and your friends should have the permission granted option turned to On at your base
This is so that you or a friend can build the said item at someone else’s base. So if your friend requested furniture from you, you have to go over to their base and manually build said item for them. To grant permission, head over to U > Friends > Hive if they are added as such. Next, right click on any member of the hive you want to have permission, then select all that you wish to add to the permissions list. Now you can go over to your friend’s base and build an item or share skins
