In order to unlock the Cantina Music Track, you will need to get some collectibles and in-game currency. There aren’t tasks or challenges that you need to complete for the unlocking of this song; all you need are some Datacards and Studs.

As you may already know, Datacards are used to purchase gameplay modes and other upgrades, and these are collectibles that are found throughout the game map. As there are 19 of these scattered in your gameplay, you can collect these to make your gaming experience just a little more personalized. You can use one of these Datacards to get the Cantina Music Track and play it in your game.
