With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, players engage in intense gunfights against enemies in a first-person shooter. In this game, the player controls a soldier who can jump, sprint, duck low, or lay flat. Throughout the game, you can pick up guns of different kinds at various points, but you can also swap them out for other weapons.
As part of Special Ops, players will be able to complete three missions right off the bat. The Co-op missions will earn you a backpack that contains various types of kits you can level up as you work through them. More will be released with season one’s release on November 16th. Let’s see how to level up the Spec Ops Kits and Tiers in this guide.

About Spec Ops Kits
Before embarking on a Special Ops mission with team members, players will have to select an appropriate kit from the in-game options. Players are able to earn Special Ops Stars in Modern Warfare 2 by either completing Weekly Special Ops Missions or Daily Challenges.
The following 3 kits are available in the Spec Ops Mission:
- Assault Kit
- Medic Kit
- Recon Kit
The Assault Kit can be unlocked right from the start of Modern Warfare 2.
However, medic and recon kits require one and three stars, respectively. Also, you can replay these missions to get the stars. While doing so, make sure the kit you want to level up is equipped.
