How to Heal your Health in Saints Row
In Saints Row, there’s a lot of gang activity in the fictional city of Santo Ileso. There will be lots of enemies, both new and old. You might find yourself caught in the middle of the crossfire which are threatening to take over the city. You’ll probably want to keep yourself safe, but sometimes, bad things happen, and you will need to heal yourself.

Remember to always keep an eye on your health when you’re on the battlefield. If it goes down to zero, you will die. When a lot of enemies are attacking you, your health bar will decrease very quickly without proper protection.
The health system in Saints Row is that your health bar is divided into sections. If you’ve depleted a section during a fight, it will not heal automatically until the fight ends. That is, unless you use the Takedown Move.
You can perform this move by pressing the Y or Triangle button. Just be sure that you are close enough to the enemy. Once you are close, they will have a purple outline around them. Now click on the button and your character will perform a melee attack. When it is over, one section of your health bar will be filled.
Later in the game, you can upgrade your health once you have reached a high enough level. You can also get health improvement skills.
